Refund & Cancellation Policy

Campaign Confirmation
Every campaign is confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before it begins — including the service, campaign size or slot, expected delivery pace, timeline and price. Work starts only after your confirmation and payment.
Cancellation Before Campaign Start
If you cancel before the campaign has gone live and no deliverables have started rolling out, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for that campaign.
Cancellation After Campaign Start
Once a campaign is live, creator posts, playlist placements and page promotions begin consuming budget immediately. If you cancel mid-campaign, we will refund the undelivered portion after deducting the cost of work already delivered and commitments already made to creators, curators and pages on your behalf.
Delivered Campaigns
Campaigns that have been fully delivered as per the confirmed scope are not refundable. Because music promotion involves third-party platforms and real audiences, specific outcomes such as exact stream counts, saves, followers or viral results cannot be guaranteed — and non-achievement of a hoped-for outcome is not by itself grounds for a refund when the agreed deliverables were provided.
If We Cannot Deliver
If we are unable to deliver the confirmed campaign — for example due to playlist availability or network constraints — we will first offer a revised campaign of equal value. If that does not work for you, we will refund the undelivered portion fairly and promptly.
How To Request A Cancellation Or Refund
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 6367-103951 or email Millionaireconnecter@gmail.com with your campaign details. We review every request individually and respond with a resolution — refund, revised campaign or credit — based on the delivered status of your campaign.
Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment method where possible. Bank or UPI processing times may apply.
